Delivery
Special Next Day Delivery by the Post Office is used for delivery of all orders, this service needs to be signed for so please make sure there will be someone available at the delivery address. Other arrangements can be made.
Payment for order
A non refundable deposit of 50% of the whole order is required when the quote form is returned to us to confirm order.
The full payment must be received and cleared before the order is despatched.
Unfortunately we are unable to receive payment online or by credit/debit card, we do accept PAYPAL, Cash and cheque.
Proof readings and errors
We will dispatch a proof reading either by post or email at your preference. This will be the client’s responsibility to make sure it is correct and any changes made after we have received your acceptance of the proof may incur an additional charge for any work made.
Any errors made by AB Crafts will be re-done free of charge. But we do not accept any responsibility for any incorrect spelling on invitations and accessories if transcribed correctly from your wordings.
Extra Information
All invitations and order of service include free inserts and invitations also include free RSVP’s. There maybe a small charge for more than one page within an order of service.
All stationery items are handmade so therefore there maybe some slight variations.
Please be aware that some favour fillings may contain nuts, please specify at the time of ordering if this is a problem.
Any free products will be send once full payment of completed order has been received.
